Who the plan is designed for:

• Traveling executives under 76 who are covered by an individual or group medical plan, and travel outside their home country frequently throughout the year.

Patriot Executive Group International is a plan for U.S. citizens that provides coverage for a group of executives traveling outside the U.S., while Patriot Executive Group America is a plan for non-U.S. citizens that provides coverage for a group of executives traveling outside their home country. Both plans provide coverage for the group members, their spouses and/or children for each trip taken outside of their home country during a period of up to one year, in accordance with the terms of the plan.
