Patriot Extreme International provides coverage for U.S. citizens traveling outside the U.S., while Patriot Extreme America provides coverage for non-U.S. citizens traveling outside their home country. Both plans are available from 30 days to six months and can be rewritten for succeeding or subsequent coverage periods.

Additionally, you have access to over 16,000 providers when seeking medical treatment outside the U.S. using the International Provider Access (IPA). You can also reduce your out-of-pocket costs when seeking treatment in the U.S. by locating providers through the independent Preferred Provider Organization.
